How To - Calendars

Below are instructions on how to subscribe to your team's calendar

Team calendar subscription links:

  1. Tap and hold on the your team calendar's iCal link from above
  2. Select Copy
  3. Go Back to Home Screen and Tap Settings Icon
  4. Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  5. Tap Add Account
  6. Tap Other
  7. Under Calenders section tap "Add Subscribed Calendar"
  8. In the Server box tap and hold for a few seconds then release, select Paste
  9. Tap Next in top right corner
  10. Tap Save in the top right corner.

Once it has saved you should the Subscribed Calendar title under the list of your Accounts.

Google (Android)
  1. Using your computer, click on your team calendar Google link (above) to open the calendar
  2. Once the page has loaded, click on the "+GoogleCalendar" icon (bottom right). This will bring-you to your GoogleCalendar area.
  3. You make be asked if you want to add this calendar... select "yes"
  4. On left side below the calendar there are to options, one says "My Calendars" and other one says "Other Calendars"
  5. You may want to adjust your notification preferences by pressing the small drop-down arrow next to the team calendar name and selecting "Edit notifications"
